The Knight has entered the Fight

This build (v0.46) adds a new class, The Knight. Armed with a trap, brick, and an axearang the knight is a vicious hero with short range but unique abilities. Give it a try and please provide me with your feedback! Additionally enemy projectiles now stay on screen to make the game a little more challenging.
